About the Founder!

 

Hi, I'm Dr. Erin Sheffield, an Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon, mom of three, public speaker, and host of the Resting Stitch Face podcast. I'm also the founder of The Doctor Is ALL In.
I created this retreat because I know what it's like to chase excellence while wondering if you're doing enough -or if you belong. I believe in showing up not just as a doctor, but as a whole person -with clarity, courage, and connection.
This isn't just another conference. It's a space for women doctors to reconnect with what matters, talk about things that ACTUALLY shape our lives, and walk away recharged, realigned, and supported.
