About the Founder!

 

Hi, I'm Dr. Erin Sheffield, a Oral Surgeon and founder of The Doctor Is ALL In. I help women stop disappearing in achievement and come home to themselves.

 

I created this retreat because I know what it's like to spend years chasing achievement while quietly wondering if you're enough. 

 

After years of feeling drained, lonely, and frustrated doing it alone, I created the experience I wish I'd had.
